SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — iPartners Group (“iPartners” or “the Company”) today announces updates to its Board of Directors as part of its ongoing governance planning and structured Board refresh.
Following a comprehensive 12-month national search process, iPartners is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Kingham as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Kingham’s appointment follows the planned retirement of long-serving Non-Executive Director Bob Mansfield AO, who stepped down from the Board in April.
Mr. Kingham brings extensive experience across financial services, wealth management, and capital markets. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Challenger Limited, where he led strategic growth initiatives and key commercial partnerships across the business. His deep background in financial distribution, capital markets, and corporate governance will support iPartners as it continues to scale its alternative funds management platform and broaden its institutional footprint.

Additionally, Jennifer Dalitz has stepped down from her position as Non-Executive Director, having served on the Board since October 2022.
A search process is well advanced to identify a suitable candidate to fill the casual vacancy.
