The Solido - Arncliffe Loan was originally provided by Solido Capital in September 2017 as senior loan funding secured against 5 contiguous properties in Arncliffe NSW for an original term of 12 months. Solido are now making available, via a sub-participation agreement, up to 50% of the original loan amount for iPartners' investors. iPartners investors will access a yield of 9.05% p.a. after fees for this short term investment.
