The iPartners Team
Rob has been active in financial markets for in excess of 25 years with a primary focus on building investments
across a range of asset classes. He has worked in Melbourne, Sydney and London with Macquarie Bank, CBA and
JPMorgan before holding senior roles at Longreach Global Capital and Venture Crowd.
Rob has first hand experience across equity, credit and property markets and has a passion for originating and completing
successful transactions for investors.
Rob is a co-founder and joint Managing Director of iPartners.
Travis has worked in financial markets for the last 17 years, most recently as Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, previously
as a Director at Deutsche and ANZ. He has been a pioneer in the evolution of alternative investments and product in Australia.
Having priced, structured and offered assets giving investors exposure to Credit, Rates, Equities, FX, Derivatives, ETF's, Funds,
Property, Infrastructure and Agriculture. He is a successful investor in his own right, completing various property developments,
trading listed and unlisted markets and most recently investing in a rural tourism asset in the Yarramalong Valley.
Travis is a co-founder and joint Managing Director of iPartners.
Chris has over 20 years experience in Australian financial markets, having worked at UBS Investment Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Nikko
Asset Management in senior product structuring and transaction execution roles. Chris is an expert in designing, building and operating
best of breed investment products, services and transactions. He has experience across a very broad range of asset classes and product
types including derivatives, structured products, investment lending, unlisted funds, exchange traded funds and property syndicates.
Chris is Chief Operating Officer of iPartners.
Norman King - Technology Partner
As founder of KT Partners, Norman has a vast array of experience in building technology applications. He leads a team of skilled engineers, and technology specialists, designers, testers and digital marketers and has offices that span across two continents. The team has a wealth of experience across a range of industries including financial services. Norman has previously worked with large organisations such as Toyota, Pentair, KPMG, Komatsu, BATA as well as universities and multiple federal government departments.
Peter Dalton has over 20 years of professional experience in financial and investment markets.
He was most recently the Head Global Syndicate at Westpac Institutional Bank, responsible for the origination, execution and placement of investment grade institutional fixed income deals. Prior to Westpac, Peter held executive positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, ANZ Institutional, Investec and the DeBeers Group. He has completed hundreds of transactions globally for government, financial institutions, corporates and businesses with an aggregate value in excess $500 billion.
Peter holds a Master of Economics (Finance & Economics) from Macquarie University and accredited with the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA).
Stephen's career has involved senior management roles largely in the Australian building industry. These roles have included General Management within - Smorgons/Bluescope Steel, Carter Holt Harvey and Laminex. Additionally, Stephen has overseen Corporate Relations and Sustainability for Australian Paper (Reflex) and has been the Managing Director of an ASX listed Public Company - King Island Dairy Ltd. He has been a Director of several industry bodies and brings broad experience from his dealings with - senior politicians, unions, environmental movements and fund managers. Stephen is an investor in early growth companies and provides iPartners with a presence and network in our Melbourne market.
Joanne has worked for the last 10 years as a Director in the Global Markets Division at Deutsche Bank having previously worked at ANZ Institutional Bank. Her roles allowed her to develop a deep product knowledge and track record across private markets, including specialist credit, equity, derivatives, ETF's and capital market investments, this product knowledge combined with a deep network of relationshipscovering financial intermediaries, institutions, private banks and family offices brings an invaluable skill set to the advisory committee.
Stephen is an international projects lawyer with extensive experience across several industry sectors, most notably on energy and infrastructure projects. His project experience includes advising on all forms of power projects (particularly renewable projects in recent years), pipelines, transportation (roads, tunnels, ports, airports), oil and gas, petrochemical, mining projects and privatisations. Stephen has a background in construction and project finance, has been based in Asia and the Middle East, and has in recent years focused on strategic matters acting for and against sovereign states and a number of energy projects in Australia and Asia. He also advises on the establishment and best practice for special economic zones and maritime boundary and related matters.
David commenced as Managing Director, Wesfarmers Industrials in August 2017. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of international shopping transaction processing business, Global Blue. From 2004, David held a number of commercial and leadership roles within the Virgin Group, and was Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2014. He was responsible for businesses in the aviation, financial services, telecommunications and tourism sectors within the broader Virgin Group. Earlier in his career, David was a Partner and Executive Director of Goldman Sachs in both London and Sydney.
Kevin is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in strategic finance and business development, Kevin is responsible for financial and investment management for the DNW Group. Before joining DNW Group, Kevin worked with the publicly-listed DEXUS Property Group in a range of executive roles. He is also a former Senior Financial Reporting Manager with Stockland and a Director of Deloitte. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the Property Council of Australia CFO roundtable as well as the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Personally he is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee for Disability Sports Australia.
Justin has 10 years experience as a forensic practitioner at Ferrier Hodgson commencing in 2006, prior to which he was an IT Systems and Security advisor to one of the world’s largest food manufacturing companies. Since joining Ferrier Hodgson, Justin has been engaged to work on a broad range of Forensic IT investigations relating to both a Civil and Criminal nature. Justin has also led and managed a large number of sensitive and high profile computer forensic investigations for the legal and corporate sectors.
